I have been using the laundry sheets to wash my clothes for about 2 years now. I recently ordered the fabric sheets and my clothes come out soft and smelling so clean. They are great too.

Perfect laundry sheets

I have been looking for a good quality less toxic option for my laundry and this is it. I have a few in thr house with sensitive skin and have seen no issues arise after switching to sheets. I love the scent beads and the laundry detergent sheets. Super convenient. Every scent I have tried so far has been amazing.

Thank you for reaching out to us about this .We are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with our product. 
Please let us know how you are placing the sheets into the washing machine. We have found that placing the sheets into the washing machine first is the best way to go. Placing them on top is not wrong, but by placing them into the washing machine first, this gives the sheets all the water contact time they need to dissolve completely. 

If you are finding that you are seeing white specks on your dark clothes, this may be due to the left over residue from your old liquid detergent. Our sheets tend to pull the residue left from liquid detergents out from the nooks and crannies. During the wash process this residue floats up to the top of the water. When the machines is emptying the waste water the residue stick to the clothes and show up on dark fabrics. 

We recommend running a wash cycle on your machine. There are many articles on the internet on how to do this. Our favorite way is to use Baking Soda and White Vinegar. Some machines will recommend a brand called "Affresh". We have found that Baking Soda is much better and safer than chemicals. Give this a try and if you are still finding white specks. Let us know!

Your product states that it dissolves quickly, but it does not in cold water! A clump and that ends up on my clothes. Throwing this away and going back to Earth Breeze reeze.

Does not dissolve in cold water.
